Apple Cranberry Berry Pie - 10 1/2 inch deep dish serves up to 12

Italian sausage adds just enough spice to the beef & tomato sauce layered with mozzarella & Parmesan béchamel sauce then in the final layer sauté spinach is added and topped with mozzarella & Parmesan cheese

This simple custard pie has just a touch of lemon and a flaky homemade crust.

All of that chocolate and English toffee is what makes this brownie special.

A shortbread crust with raspberry filling topped toasted almonds has been a long time favorite

Italian Cream Cake is a favorite with toasted pecans and coconut taste. Italian Meringue Buttercream's sublime, silky texture and not to overly sweet taste make it one of my favorite frosting. Here a touch is Grand Manier is added for more favor.

Roast chicken on a bed of vegetable with fresh herbs ensures a filling big with flavor then topped with a flaky light herb crust.
