The Landmark id our next location for our tea. No not a historical house, but historical New Braunfels electric plant, yes! One of the oldest buildings in New Braunfels, come have delectable treats, and see some of the old and the new coming together beautifully.

Soup Starter will be a Roasted Parsnip and Pear Soup
Apple Cinnamon Scones with Crème Fraiche and Lemon & Fig Marmalade
Savories:
- Spinach Artichoke Tart
- Smoked Salmon Tea Sandwiches
- Chicken Salad with Cranraisins in Mini Croissants
- Beef Tenderloin on Herb Buttered Crostini topped with Red Onion Port Reduction & Brie
- Cucumber Roquefort Cheese Sandwiches
Dessert will be a Far Breton served with Crème Anglaise garnished with Berries.
A Far is custardy pudding cake with a dense smooth flan like texture. Far Breton is the signature pastry of Brittany.
